We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing a reliable and efficient returns service for your Infinity Equestrian clothing. Explore our returns options and policies below.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your recent purchases, however if you’d like to make a return, we are happy to offer a full refund on all products bought within 14 days of receipt, providing the goods have not been used or damaged.  We don't cover the postage for returns.

To be eligible for a refund, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and returned in the original packaging and tags attached.

Sale items will be refunded onto an e-gift card.

We reserve the right to make a deduction or return the item if clothing is returned with make up, tanning products, perfume/deodorant marks.  Please return items if they are in a resalable condition to avoid deductions/returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier.  We recommend you use a service that can provide proof of postage as the items remain your responsibility until we receive your parcel.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty please email info@infinity-equestrian.co.uk please attach pictures and include your order number if you can.  We will investigate and come back to you with a resolution.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval of your refund. Please note shipping costs are non refundable. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@infinity-equestrian.co.uk
